This is a great opportunity to join a brand new Customer Success function where the customer will be at the heart of everything we do. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, we"re looking for a thought leader to guide our team and play an important role in driving the Redbrain growth strategy forward.

Redbrain is actively looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Customer Success Director to manage the Customer Success team and nurture long-term relationships with our Tier-1 merchants. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join Europe’s biggest Google Shopping partner.

The CS mission is to take customers through the Redbrain journey to ensure the best possible engagement with the product in the early stages of set up, well as to prepare the customer for success, by understanding their challenges and articulating our value proposition.

Main Tasks:

  • Lead and develop a high-performance team of 4-8 customer success professionals in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and team environment.
  • Leading, developing and executing the team strategy to achieve the overall company goals.
  • Develop and execute ‘go to market' strategies that grow our partnerships as fast as possible
  • Optimising the customer life-cycle
  • Developing and expanding our systems and processes
  • Building brilliant relationships with our top customers and networks
  • Helping the team to successfully onboard new clients and build capabilities to help clients implement Redbrain in their organisation
  • Working with the sales, product, and marketing teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a customer success or digital performance marketing role
  • Ability to develop annual and quarterly plans, and ensure successful execution of these plans across multiple client teams, delivering high-quality service and results to clients while delivering against Redbrain financial expectations
  • Self-initiative and development- you are results-focused and eager to enhance your skills to take your career to the next level
  • Proven leadership, staff management and coaching skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solver
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very comfortable in dealing with C-Level executives and ability to talk strategically
  • Proven track record of leading through change and in high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge or experience of working with Affiliate Networks not essential but would be a bonus
